NORR11 is a Danish design company with headquarters in Denmark and showrooms in Copenhagen and London. We design, produce, and sell furniture and lighting around the world for both residential and commercial spaces. 

We are looking for a part-time UK Sales Coordinator with excellent communication and project management skills to join our team in the UK, working alongside the sales team from the offices in Clerkenwell.


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience of working within the design/furniture industry in a sales coordinator, or similar, role. It is a part time position, perfect for someone looking for a 0.5/0.6 FTE/role and who is interested in further developing their industry knowledge and skills.

Salary depending on experience, all levels considered.


The candidate will need to be a team player and be comfortable moving between project management, supporting the sales team and liaising directly with clients and end users.

You will need to be efficient, proactive, and personable. The role would be suited to someone who can think on their feet and who understands that delivering fantastic customer service is the foundation of meaningful and long-lasting working relationships.

You will need a dynamic approach and be happy getting stuck in.

As the UK Sales Coordinator you will be the bridge between the team in the UK and the HQ in Copenhagen, with an overview of all ongoing UK orders. You will help coordinate production and planning by maintaining clear communication between HQ, our production, warehouse, and logistics partners.

You would be part of a small, dynamic team working across sales, support, and customer experience. Your job will be to always be one step ahead, ensuring that our partners and customers get the best possible experience with NORR11.

The main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Handling logistics and deliveries and coordinating with our supply chain and sales team.
- Providing support to the sales team in generating targeted sales in all aspect of work required.
- Provide support for the sales team in developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients.
- Attend industry launches and networking events.
- Being present at showroom events (internal and external) on an ad hoc basis.
- Maintain showroom display to ensure coordination with other showroom activity.
- Assisting with some customer inquiries.
