The Hippo family is defined by soft, playful shapes that draw inspiration from the rounded forms of 70s furniture. The series earned its moniker during the design process when the back view revealed similarities to a hippopotamus, giving birth to the name 'Hippo.'

A free spirit

It took a long time to find just the right soft shape for Hippo. Meticulous attention to detail is invested in the production phase, where foam is carefully cut by hand to achieve the ideal round form.
