Terms of Service

The following Terms of Conditions concern the offer and sale of products on norr11.com, owned and maintained by NORR11 International ApS, Østergade 17, 1100 København, CVR nr. 40596860.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.


We process orders Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 16:00 CET. Orders placed outside this period will be processed the following working day.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order receipt by e-mail. Please note that this order receipt is not a binding order confirmation, but merely a confirmation that your order has been received by us. NORR11 will communicate the expected delivery time with a binding order confirmation once order is handled.
You are responsible to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us.


Prices in our webshop are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount of the order on checkout.

For orders including made to order items, payment will be withdrawn when production of the product is started and the expected delivery time will be communicated by our customer support. For stock items, the amount is reserved on your chosen payment method when order is placed and withdraw when the products are shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery of goods from NORR11 is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through NORR11.com are shipped with the best suitable carrier. Stock items will be shipped within a maximum of 72 hours after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product display. Delivery will usually take place within 2-3 business days of shipment. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived. For made-to-order products, the delivery time may vary from 6-10 weeks depending on the product. Delivery time will be confirmed by our customer service.

Orders are delivered at curb-side. Deliveries to special destinations, such as Finland, Norway, Sweden, as well as e.g. the Spanish islands, the Greek islands, to Greenland, Iceland, the Faeroe Island or the Channel islands will levy an additional delivery fee.
In case we face delay in production or any other unforeseen delay related to the delivery it can have an impact on the delivery time. We strive to contact you as soon as possible in case your order is delayed.

The Buyer shall inspect deliveries upon receipt and check if the correct product and quantity have been delivered with no faults present. Any claim shall be sent to claims@norr11.com within 2 working days of receipt of goods. The claim shall include the original order number along with images showing clearly the defect and the serial number of the product.

Customary and reasonable variations in the colour or in the dimensions are not considered as a defect. Natural materials, such as wood and leather, and other materials may look different from what you see on photos in our store.

In case of transport damage / boxes being visibly damaged, the Buyer shall accept delivery with reservation, noted on the delivery note. Claims must then be filed with claims@norr11.com and the forwarder within 2 working days of receipt.
Return of products can only be accepted with a written agreement prior to sending back the goods. Unless otherwise agreed the buyer bears the cost and risk of products returned.


You are entitled to return the product for the first 14 days of receipt, without specifying the reason for return. Goods can only be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. The purchase price will be refunded after receipt of the goods. The customer pays the cost of return shipment. Made to order products cannot be cancelled.

NORR11 grants a 2-year factory guarantee on all standard products. If a product becomes defective due to a material or production error during this period, NORR11 will replace the part of the product which is defective. This is at the discretion of NORR11.

The warranty claim does not apply to damages which are at the responsibility of the Buyer, such as damage caused by normal use (wear and tear), improper handling, temperature, weather conditions or other damages not at the responsibility of NORR11. You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date you received the product by contacting us by e-mail at claims@norr11.com. Please describe the claim as detailed as possible and attach the original invoice, pictures of the defect as well as the serial number on the product if applicable.


Customary and reasonable variations in the colour or in the dimensions are not considered as a defect. Natural materials, such as wood and leather, and other materials may look different from what you see on photos in our store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We make reservations to wrong prices, typing errors, sold-out products and force majeure including failure in delivery from our suppliers.


Any dispute arising between a customer and NORR11 International ApS will be settled in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
